Tpower Malaysia Platform Terms and Conditions

1Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated:

• "Platform" refers to the tpower.onl website, the tpower mobile app, and all related services.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has successfully registered an account and been verified by tpower.
• "Account Balance" refers to the actual credit balance in a member's account that can be used for gameplay or withdrawn subject to the applicable conditions.
• "Bonus" refers to bonus credits, free spins, or other benefits granted by tpower to members on a promotional or special offer basis.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer process that requires members to submit valid identification documents for identity verification.

These terms apply to all tpower platform users regardless of access method, whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other method that may be available in the future.

2Account Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the tpower platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. tpower does not permit registration or use of the platform by individuals who are underage.
• Be an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently listed on an active self-exclusion register on any gambling platform.
• Providing complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration. Any false or misleading information may result in immediate account termination.

Tpower reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time to verify a member's identity as part of our KYC process. Documents typically required include a copy of the Malaysian identity card (MyKad), proof of current address, and details of the payment method used.

3Fund Deposits and Withdrawals

Tpower supports a wide range of popular deposit and withdrawal methods in Malaysia. All financial transactions are processed through 256-bit SSL encryption to keep your funds secure at all times.

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 for most payment methods. Specific deposit limits may vary depending on the selected method.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the withdrawal method and the KYC verification status of your account.
• The bank account or digital wallet used for withdrawals must be registered under the same name as the tpower account.
• Tpower reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals if there is suspicious activity or if the KYC process has not been fully completed.
• Any fees or charges imposed by the receiving bank are the sole responsibility of the member.

4Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by tpower are subject to specific wagering requirements stated in each offer. It is the member's responsibility to read and understand these terms before claiming any bonus.

• The welcome bonus for new members is subject to minimum wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• Tpower reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Using betting strategies intended to exploit bonuses unfairly is prohibited and may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
• The validity period of each bonus is as stated in the relevant promotional terms. Expired bonuses will not be reactivated.

5Game Rules and Wagering

All games available on tpower use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently audited by an accredited third party. This ensures every game outcome is random, fair, and free from any form of manipulation.

• Game results recorded by the tpower system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error verified by our team.
• In the event of a technical disruption or connection failure during an active game, tpower will settle all bets based on the most recent system records available.
• Bets placed using unauthorized methods, including automated software or bots, are invalid and will be voided.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits are as displayed within each game. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.

For live sports and real-time betting, odds and markets may be closed or adjusted by tpower at any time depending on actual game conditions.

6Accepted User Conduct

Tpower expects all members to conduct themselves in a respectful, honest, and responsible manner while using the platform. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
• Making deposits or transactions using a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Using any software, scripts, or tools designed to exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Collaborating with other members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system.
• Spreading false or misleading information about tpower to third parties.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tpower support staff or other members.

7Data Privacy and Account Security

Tpower is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all members' personal data. All information collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy which is separate and compliant with international data protection standards.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential.
• Tpower will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact tpower support immediately.
• All financial transaction data is processed through 256-bit SSL encryption and is never stored in unencrypted form.

8tpower Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, tpower is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of game outcomes, regardless of circumstances.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login details.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by the member's bank or third-party payment processors.

9Account Termination and Suspension

Tpower reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time where there is reasonable cause, including:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age.
• Confirmation that the information provided during registration is false or inaccurate.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activities.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member or a legally authorized representative.

Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting tpower support. Any valid funds in the account will be returned after all required reviews have been completed.

10Terms Amendment and Applicable Law

Tpower reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members via a platform notice or email at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for security or legal compliance reasons.

• It is the member's own responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
• Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed in accordance with internationally recognized online gambling industry standards.
